We are currently looking for a Media Associate to support above-the-line (ATL) media operations for our US Casino Marketing team. This role will contribute to campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, Direct Mail and select direct partnerships.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Support the day-to-day execution, tracking, and optimization across above-the-line media channels (Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, Direct Mail)
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Analytics & Media Ops on campaign development and implementation
  • Liaison between internal stakeholders and media agencies managing day-to-day needs and deliverables
  • Generate inputs and insights for reporting based on performance, competitive (SOV), creative and spend analysis

Optimization & Strategy

  • Assist with building media plans to meet KPIs across multiple tactics, establishing and exceeding benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Make thoughtful recommendations to key stakeholders to improve overall channel/campaign performance and inform future planning
  • Enhance internal processes for media campaign management, including creative strategies and briefs to drive greater awareness

Budgeting & Financial Management

  • Support budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and partner authorizations

Oversee campaign and channel budgets, including weekly and monthly pacing, forecasts, and reconciliations

  • Partner with internal finance and analytics teams to ensure accurate spend reporting, accruals, and budget accountability across platforms

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Manage agencies and external partner relationships, evaluating new media opportunities to achieve FanDuel’s business and marketing objectives
  • Work seamlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining open communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc initiatives as needed

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field with strong academic record
  • 2+ years of managing above-the-line channels (Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, Direct Mail)
  • Client-facing marketing experience; agency background preferred
  • Experience working with performance marketing and media metrics with understanding the utilization and relationship between them
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong judgment and critical thinking skills
  • A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the business/culture of sports and gaming preferred
  • Excel & PowerPoint skills required

The applicable hourly range for this position is $35.10 - $43.75 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
