Responsible for all workshop/on-site service activities (commissioning, overhaul, AMC, repair, troubleshoot, etc)
Deliver a proper technical service report as per KSB standards and guidelines
Maintaining tools and test equipment, and ensuring those tools are ready to use properly to make designs and select mechanical seals for various pump applications.
Maintain professional performance, technical, communication, working attitude, and coordination (internal and external)
Ordering and managing repair parts, consumables parts cycle times, in coordinate with superior.
Responsible for meeting/communicating the daily service maintenance and repair to the Customer Field and solve customer service delivery issues
Identify risks and opportunities related to any services within the current local situation that can impact the business
Implement the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) procedure as well as all other directives/guidelines
Requirement:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, etc)
Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in related functions
Advance Technical Skill of Centrifugal Pump High Technology (Installation and Overhaul)
Manufacaturing for Repair Process of Parts Components
Proficiency in CAD and FEA tools.
Good communication skills, analysis, dan reporting
A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn
Fluent in English both oral and written
