The Mechanical / Processes Technical Lead provides subject matter leadership for all mechanical and process systems associated with the Corpus Christi Desalination Plant. This role is responsible for ensuring that desalination process design, mechanical systems, and equipment selections are technically sound, constructible, reliable, energy efficient, and aligned with contractual performance requirements.

Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline, master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in mechanical/process engineering for water, wastewater, or desalination facilities.
Demonstrated experience with seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination plants or advanced water treatment facilities.
Strong hands‑on experience with pumps, pressure systems, piping networks, chemical systems, and hydraulic design.
Experience supporting EPC, design‑build, or DBO project delivery preferred.
