The opportunity:
Based on inputs received from the technical project lead and colleges from the design department ensure the timely submission of 3D modeled HV Products for various substation configurations/requirements. Coordinate with other cross functions like project management, Design engineers, and secondary designs for design aspects.
How you’ll make an impact:
Preparation of 3D modeling of high voltage products like Breakers, Surge Arresters, Capacitor Banks, Disconnectors, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and other P&IC related Products (>66kV and above).
Generating BoM of modules and products and creating part numbers using SAP/ERP.
Co-ordination and reviewing the 2D and 3D drawings before submitting the same to customers.
Preparation of guaranteed technical parameters for various high voltage.
Addressing the technical queries raised by customers during the execution of the project in case required.
Supporting various cross functions like SCM, project management, and quality for understanding the customer requirements and specifications if required.
Supporting onsite installation and commissioning colleagues for understanding the customer drawings and other technical support.
Coordinate with customers, resolve queries, and ensure the engineering drawings are approved on time.
Guide and support other team members and act as a mentor and review their works prior to submission to stakeholders.
Maintain planning, and KPI and engage the team actively.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Diploma bachelor’s in electrical / mechanical engineering .
Should have 4 – 6 years of experience.
Hands of experience in 3D tools like Creo /Pro-E, Solid Works, and Windchill or similar PLM tools.
Integrity, technical interest, and the enthusiasm and creativity required to come up with innovative ideas and solutions.

Moreover, you appreciate working with your colleagues and understand the importance of investing in long term customer relations.
Knowledge of relevant international standards ex. IEEE, IEC, etc.
Understanding of Manufacturing Drawings & Electrical Schematics.
