We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to drive the design and development of advanced multidisciplinary systems from concept to manufacturing. In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver robust, innovative solutions that meet program goals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance and reliability throughout every phase of development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translating customer and system requirements into robust and innovative solutions, while maintaining alignment with overall program goals and timeline.

  • Perform detailed mechanical design activities, including concept development, calculations and analysis, material selection, and design optimization.

  • Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, clearly presenting engineering approaches, trade-offs, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Utilize simulation and analytical tools to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and environmental requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development.

  • Proven experience as an R&D engineer within a multidisciplinary organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong practical experience in machined components design, sheet metal and mechanism development

  • Experience integrating simulation and engineering analysis tools as part of the design process

  • Strong presentation and communication capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
