The Role
If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, AspenTech is seeking a driven individual, to work in a fast-paced environment to support our Senior Strategic Director in the Middle East. You will perform a broad range of operational duties focused on enabling the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales organization and KSA AspenTech location.
To be successful in this role, you must be proactive and take initiative, and able to manage a multitude of competing priorities to meet deadlines. You must have great attention to detail along with superior communication skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. You must be a self-starter who is able to initiate and manage activities with a strong sense of ownership and overall focus on work quality and timeliness.
Your Impact
- Support KSA Sales Operations with updates, regional events and KSA/regional activities
- Support Senior Strategic Director with MEA strategic engagements
- Manage and prioritize strategic engagements across MEA region
- Produce, track and update Sales reports
- Support Sales and Solution Consultants marketing activities
- Oversee the validity and timely renewal of all agreements and contracts, including company car agreements, office leases, and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and continuity of services
- Manage communications and logistics between RHQ and MEA regional offices
- Support Emerson/AspenTech corporate initiatives such as Women Leadership Forum, Wellness program and Safety program
- Customer-facing coordinator for AspenTech KSA training program
- Manage internal logistics for AspenTech training facility at the RHQ office
- Manage customer site visits for KSA and MEA Sales and Solution Consultants
- Coordinate Sales activities
What You'll Need
- 8 or more years’ experience supporting Executive level management in a corporate environment
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proactive with strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently
- Demonstrated ability to effectively meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a multitude of competing priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Manage a demanding workload, and balance self-managed tasks/projects along with management support needs
- Thoroughness and follow-through
- A good team player with ability to interact effectively with Executives and employees at all levels
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
