Be responsible for the overall promotion of digitalization and automation within the plant. Drive process optimization through data-driven approaches and achieve unmanned production via advanced technologies, so as to comprehensively improve work efficiency across all departments and support the implementation of intelligent manufacturing projects.

  • Lead the design of the enterprise digital transformation strategy. Based on production process requirements, plan the deployment and integration of systems including MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
  • Design data collection solutions, integrate multi-source data from production equipment, sensors, ERP and other systems, and build a data platform to ensure real-time and accurate data.
  • Establish data models (such as electronic production dashboards, preventive maintenance systems) and a digital KPI system including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), data collection coverage rate, and process digitalization rate. Conduct regular project reviews to support management decision-making and production optimization.
  • Optimize digital process efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and improve process transparency (e.g., lower communication costs through electronic approval and automatic reconciliation).
  • Be responsible for the daily operation and troubleshooting of digital systems to ensure stable performance, and handle user feedback for functional improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources including production, R&D, quality, and IT to clarify digital requirements, develop implementation plans, promote digital project delivery, and control project schedule, cost and risks.
  • Track cutting-edge automation technologies such as collaborative robots, machine vision, and AI-driven adaptive control, and introduce new technologies to improve production line automation.
  • For high-end manufacturing requirements, cooperate with process engineers, equipment engineers and production teams to solve issues related to process adaptation and personnel coordination in automated production, supporting a multi-variety, small-batch production model.
