Job Description:

Support consistent and accurate collection of programme data across all Food Assistance and nutrition activities.

  • Data collection tools correctly administered during school feeding, nutrition, and distribution activities.

  • Routine field monitoring visits conducted according to monthly monitoring plans.

  • Attendance, beneficiary, and distribution data verified at site level.

  • Spot checks conducted to confirm activity implementation against plans.

  • Field observations documented using approved templates.

  • Data submitted to the M&E Officer within agreed timelines.

Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of programme data at field level.

  • Source documents reviewed and cross-checked against reported figures.

  • Data inconsistencies identified and flagged promptly.

  • Corrections made in coordination with programme and logistics staff.

  • Data cleaning exercises supported prior to reporting deadlines.

  • Proper filing and archiving of M&E documents at field offices.

Contribute to the timely preparation of high-quality programme reports and documentation.

  • Weekly on-site monitoring reports prepared and submitted on time.

  • Inputs provided for Monthly M&E Reports and MMRs.

  • Data tables and summaries prepared for feasibility, baseline, and endline reports.

  • Success stories and case studies collected from the field using WV templates.

  • Photographic and qualitative evidence compiled and properly labeled.

Support accountability to affected populations and integration of gender and protection considerations at the field level.

  • Beneficiary feedback collected during routine field activities.

  • Complaints and feedback recorded using approved mechanisms.

  • Protection observations documented and shared with supervisors.

  • Community awareness on feedback channels reinforced during field visits.

  • Referral information shared with Gender and Protection Assistants where required.

Strengthen coordination and learning through effective collaboration with programme teams.

  • Regular coordination with Programme Officers, Warehouse staff, and field teams.

  • Participation in review and reflection meetings.

  • Lessons learned and implementation challenges documented.

  • Capacity building sessions attended and applied in field work.

  • Feedback provided to the M&E Officer on field realities and risks.
