Position Title: MDU Estimator
Department: Field Service
Reports To: Field Service Management
FLSA Status: Hourly, Full-Time, Benefited
Compensation Details: $27-$33/hour
Position Summary:
The role of the MDU Estimator is to provide site surveys for potential full building installs at MDU buildings, and estimate a cost evaluation of parts, labor and any other expenses that could be associated to the full building installation. They will work closely with Field service Management and MDU Sales team to provide all necessary information related to their estimated project and facilitate decision making on full building install opportunities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
MDU Estimator is a full-time (40 hours per week non-exempt/hourly position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday. Overtime is anticipated for this position. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand. Position can be remote.
Travel:
Travel is expected for this position. A valid California Driver’s License for three years and Clean DMV is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The MDU Estimator position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to sit and stand; talk or hear; reach with hands and arms; key/type. The employee must lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
