In this part-time role, you’ll play a pivotal role in our care team, coordinating the assessment process, working closely with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards of care and optimize outcomes for our residents in a collaborative, positive environment.
