The Opportunity
As part of the Data Management team, you architect and manage master data management (MDM) solutions. As a Director, you set strategic directions, lead business development efforts, and maintain executive-level client relations, focusing on business growth and mentorship. This role involves designing MDM solutions, managing data quality systems, and aligning MDM processes with core business objectives.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with MDM Platforms like SAP, Oracle
- Designing taxonomies and item catalog categories
- Architecting end to end MDM solutions
- Designing MDM solutions and programs
- Experience with MDM publication and consolidation
- Interacting with data quality systems and processes
- Functional business knowledge in specific data domains
- Relating MDM systems to business use cases

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
