As the MDA Technician, you would perform maintenance data administration and maintain dashboards. You would be responsible for handling the administration and reporting of purchase orders and invoicing according to contractual agreements. You will be the expert in SAP and AES-32 Comengy platforms for time entry and invoicing. Requires broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. You may act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
Administer maintenance data by accurately entering, updating, and validating information in enterprise systems to support operational efficiency.
Maintain and update dashboards by creating, monitoring, and refreshing key performance indicators and maintenance metrics for management review.
Manage purchase orders by handling administration and reporting in compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
Provide contractor spend reports to site leadership.
Monitor operational processes by tracking and analyzing maintenance workflows and operational data to identify trends and support improvements.
Apply analytical methods to solve defined problems and optimize maintenance and reporting processes.
Train Dow and contractor users on SAP and AES-32 Comengy software.
Collaborate with team members and share knowledge by providing guidance, answering questions, and promoting best practices.
Ensure compliance and documentation by maintaining accurate records for audits, reporting, and adherence to established standards and procedures.
A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required.
Current, valid US driver's license is required.

A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
2 or more years of manufacturing or related experience is preferred.
Experience working with SAP and AES32-Comengy software.
Maintenance Data Administration - Ability to manage, update, and validate maintenance-related data in enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
Dashboard Management - Skill in creating, maintaining, and interpreting dashboards that display key performance indicators and maintenance metrics for informed decision-making.
Purchase Order Administration - Competence in handling and reporting purchase orders in alignment with contractual agreements, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
Analytical and Operational Problem Solving - Proficiency in applying analytical or scientific methods to resolve defined operational issues and improve process efficiency.
Team Support and Knowledge Sharing - Capacity to act as an informal resource for less experienced team members by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration.
