Om rollen
AIG Nordics söker nu en Junior Multinational Client Coordinator till vårt nordiska team, med placering i Stockholm. Du blir en del av en internationell organisation och arbetar i nära samarbete med kollegor, kunder och partners både inom och utanför Norden.
I rollen kommer du att stötta och koordinera den dagliga hanteringen av multinationella försäkringsprogram. Fokus ligger på administration, koordinering och kommunikation, där du säkerställer att serviceleveransen fungerar smidigt genom hela programmens livscykel.
Du kommer bland annat att:
Stötta hanteringen av multinationella kundprogram och bidra till en god kundupplevelse
Koordinera kommunikation och administration mellan interna och externa intressenter
Säkerställa att dokumentation, processer och leveranser följer lokala regelverk och interna riktlinjer
Arbeta nära underwriting, claims och andra funktioner för att stödja den multinationella affären
Bidra med administrativt och operativt stöd i ad hoc-ärenden vid behov
Rollen passar dig som är tidigt i karriären men redan har viss erfarenhet från försäkringsbranschen och vill utvecklas vidare i en internationell miljö.
Vi söker dig som har:
Erfarenhet av försäkring, gärna inom administration, kundservice eller liknande roll
Grundläggande förståelse för multinationella försäkringsprogram eller internationella affärer (meriterande, men inget krav)
Vana att kommunicera med både interna och externa kontaktytor
God förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift, på både svenska och engelska
Förmåga att hantera flera arbetsuppgifter parallellt och arbeta strukturerat
God datorvana, särskilt i MS Outlook, Excel och Word
Som person är du:
Noggrann, engagerad och tar eget ansvar i ditt arbete
En lagspelare som trivs med att samarbeta och stötta andra
Kommunikativ och relationsskapande, med ett professionellt bemötande
