GE헬스케어의 성남 초음파 R&D 연구소에서 자재 주문 및 공급의 전반적인 부분을 관리하고 자재 흐름 개선과 비용 절감 프로세스를 개발 및 실행하는 포지션을 채용합니다. 신입-5년 미만의 경력자를 우대하며 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 후보자를 선호합니다.
Key responsibilities include :
- Take overall ownership of material ordering and availability across both local and overseas suppliers
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of material shortages/overages, and implement corrective actions
- Support material aspects of transfers, including the Integrated Supplier Program
- Manage Phase In/Phase Out to minimize both fulfillment risks and obsolete materials
- Resolve material issues, including expediting or obsolescence processing
- Proactively adjust forecasting and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of material flow, and cost reduction
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Coordinate delivery requirements with freight forwarders and the local customs broker
- Manage Field Modification Instruction (FMI), as appropriate - ordering material, formulating schedules
- Ensure all processes and documentation comply with GEHC standards & trade compliance requirements
- Provide import data analysis for various functions
Quality Specific Goals:
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Knowledge and understanding of production process work instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications
- Support all standard materials activities, initiatives, and action workouts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Highly motivated and proactive, with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with problem-solving skills
