As a Materials Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating Intel's supply chain strategy, driving innovation, and enabling seamless transitions from New Product Introduction (NPI) to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).

Key Responsibilities
Translate complex manufacturing and business requirements into actionable supply chain strategies with a focus on bills of materials (BOM) risk assessment, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, purchasing, and manufacturing, to define customer demand and align raw materials requirements.
Oversee the acquisition of materials to support NPI programs and ensure a seamless transition to HVM.
Partner with suppliers to execute contractual obligations, address performance metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop future operational strategies.
Ensure BOM integrity and meet materials availability, cost, and quality objectives.
Monitor program indicators, provide status updates to stakeholders, and establish contingency and gap-closure plans for risk mitigation.
Analyze complex data to develop innovative solutions that improve processes and supply chain performance.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of systems and tools that drive organizational efficiency.
Manage supplier performance to achieve on-time delivery, reduce cycle times, and resolve material escalations.
Drive closure of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), BOM cost benchmarking, liability settlements, and support new site startups.
Collaborate on strategic supply chain solutions for long-term business success.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or BS degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience per business needs.
3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree. Masters degree preferred.
Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management tools and processes.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply insights to develop actionable solutions.
Experience in supplier management, including contractual performance, cost optimization, and strategic planning.
Knowledge of BOM management, cost benchmarking, and Engineering Change Order processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Experience with new site startups, liability settlements, and operational ramp readiness.
