As Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
Leading planning of Farm-in & Farm-out Activities with external Suppliers, overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity
Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs & Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Interacting with other functions for strategic initiatives on simplification, cost reduction and OTD
Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
Maintaining accurate traceability for all records created during products manufacturing.
Complying with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean etc.

To be successfull in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or demonstrated equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
Be able to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements
Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment
Show effective problem identification and solution skills.
Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written
Show good knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills and fluency with the English language
Strong interpersonal, leadership & influencing skills
Display leading attitude for improvement and innovation initiatives
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training Knowledge of value stream mapping, one-piece flow, AWO, Kaizen, 5s and other lean tools is preferred.
