In this role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
Execute material planning activities to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials in support of production schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning data across supply chain systems to support operational decision-making.
Monitor changes in material supply and demand, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation actions.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, logistics, and planning teams to ensure material availability supports production execution and continuity.
Coordinate with suppliers to support supply continuity and minimize service or production disruptions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening supply chain planning and execution.
Provide on-call support outside of standard business hours on a rotational basis to address critical supply or production issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, or operations roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Maestro (formerly Kinaxis Rapid Response), or similar tools.
Working knowledge of inventory management and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Exposure to manufacturing plants and/or distribution center operations.
Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
