This role supports the Americas Supply Chain Organization and the Crosslinkers business line. The Materials Planner manages day-to-day supply chain execution for assigned tollers, suppliers, and plants, with a strong focus on inventory control, purchase orders, stock transfers, customer service levels, and supply issue resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day activities for maintaining the supply chain include:

  • Manage and convert UB/IVs for finished goods, intermediates, and raw materials at responsible facilities.

  • Plan production and create POs for tollers.

  • Create POs for traded goods and convert planned orders to purchase requisitions.

  • Manage alerts, ATP failures, expedites, allocations, blocked stock, inventory health, and scrapping coordination.

  • Maintain inventory settings and support reporting, KPIs, and cross-functional supply questions with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Technology, Logistics, suppliers, tollers, plants, and warehouses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in science, engineering, supply chain, or logistics.

  • In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, or similar experience is required.

  • Strong communication, detail orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are important.

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, highly preferred. Experience with IBP and Power BI preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across functions and levels are required.
