  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS; perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments.
  • Execute replenishment and transfer orders, support MRP runs and exception resolution, and update demand signals to prevent stockouts.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for site-specific processing; schedule and confirm warehouse pickups and deliveries with 3PLs as needed.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures (lot/serial tracking, FIFO/LIFO, shelf-life management) and support audit activities.

  • 4+ years of experience in inventory management and control using ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle Inventory).
  • 4+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) and warehouse operations.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), SQL, or Power BI/Tableau.
  • 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience coordinating multi-site logistics and managing relationships with 3PL providers.
  • Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt experience applied to inventory or warehousing processes.
  • Experience implementing lot/serial tracking and shelf-life controls in regulated environments.
  • Direct experience managing a single-client program or acting as the primary client-facing inventory lead.
  • Experience in inventory forecasting, demand planning, and MRP processes.

How you’ll work:

Travel:

  • Approximately 20% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
