Conducting physical tests on components as well as on development compounds
Carefully comparing test results with defined specifications and preparing clear, well‑structured test reports
Coordinating and communicating test results with internal stakeholders
Performing testing, documentation and evaluation in accordance with internal and external guidelines(e.g. APQP, PPAP)
Introducing new testing methods, including the creation and maintenance of work instructions
Producing test specimens and material compounds for testing and development purposes
Taking on general administrative tasks and handling related correspondence
Actively contributing to safety, order and cleanliness in the laboratory
Completed vocational training in chemical laboratory work, physics laboratory work, materials testing, or a comparable qualification
Experience in rubber processing is an advantage, but not a requirement
Knowledge of standards and experience in applying norms are beneficial
Confident handling of standard office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access is a plus)
Enjoyment of teamwork combined with a structured and detail‑oriented working style
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment
Willingness to take responsibility and continuously develop professionally
English language skills are an advantage
