Partner with the best

As a Material Planner for the Stator Cell, you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. You’ll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.

You will be responsible for:

  • Farm out suppliers management in terms of materials, fulfilment of production schedule, coordinating planning, quality and technical issue

  • Participating in weekly production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders

  • Track Shop and Suppliers short term plan verifying consistency against Master Schedule and Long-medium term planning cycle time, internal shop and supplier capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedules

  • Working within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyze supply and optimise Inventory level

  • Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity

  • Responsible to develop, introduce and improve usability of digital tools collaborating with system engineers, front-end developers and software developers.

  • Understand and track key deliverables (OTD/VTC, SMI, inventory turns, WIP aging)

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a University Degree in a relevant field (preferably in Engineering) or strong experience in production control, planning, supervision or sourcing

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment

  • Have the ability to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements

  • Display a mechanical mindset with an analytical approach to innovation

  • Have a good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and competency with MS Office

  • Display good communication skills and fluency both with the Italian and English language

  • Show effective interpersonal and leadership skills
