1. Plan material requirements based on sales forecasts, production orders, and inventory levels.
2. Coordinate the planning of materials manufactured in Mexico, ensuring their availability in accordance with production plans.
3. Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
4. Update information in SAP, including:
• Supplier master data.
• Info Records (purchasing information records).
• Reorder Points.
• Lead times.
5. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments to avoid overstocking or shortages.
6. Analyze and adjust planning parameters in the ERP system to improve supply accuracy.
7. Collaborate with internal areas such as production, logistics, quality, and purchasing to ensure the continuous flow of materials.
8. Resolve supply incidents, such as delays, specification changes, or quality issues.
9. Evaluate and report KPIs related to materials planning (forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, delivery compliance).
10. Participate in continuous improvement projects related to the supply chain and operational efficiency.
