Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Take end-to-end responsibility for material and production planning across the supply chain to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and manufacturing execution and to support on-time product builds.

  • Analyze build plans against inventory levels and supply chain data to define material demand
  • Execute MRP runs and create forecasts and demand signals for suppliers
  • Control material availability to ensure reliable and on-time production builds
  • Create and release production orders for Manufacturing, considering all products, material availability, capacity, and multiple demand sources
  • Drive material flow from strategic forecast through production to final tool or system shipment
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Analyze internal and external supply and demand situations and prepare relevant reports and data-based analyses

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hold a degree or comparable qualification in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrate proven experience in material planning, production planning, MRP, and forecasting within an industrial or technology-driven environment
  • Apply strong analytical capability and confident use of ERP and MRP systems
  • Bring experience in cross-functional and international team environments
  • Work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Communicate very well in English, both written and spoken; additional languages represent an advantage
