Raytheon is hiring a logistics team member to support all shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities at the RDF site. This role is hands‑on and involves physical and system‑based processing of inbound and outbound materials. The ideal candidate works safely, follows procedures, and can work independently while supporting factory operations

What You Will Do

  • Prepare, pack, and label materials for outbound shipments according to company procedures.
  • Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; report any discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
  • Process shipments and inventory transactions in company systems with accuracy.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, material flow, and staging to support daily production needs.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy tasks to maintain proper material control.
  • Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support daily factory operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.

What You Will Learn

  • Understanding of SAP/PRISM system which is part of the task.
  • Warehouse operations in regard to processing Goods Receipts and the details to inventory control.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with email and data entry.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Prior experience in a shipping/receiving or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, scanners, or MRP tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members across multiple functions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in material handling and documentation.
