Position Summary & Responsibilities

Performs the duties for warehouse processes and best practices, such as receiving, inspection, cycle counting, shipping, and internal issuance of materials.

  • Maintain inventory of raw materials, process intermediates, finished goods, and spare parts by performing data entry in an Dynamics D365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while complying to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other applicable process and facility requirements.
  • Operation of warehouse equipment as necessary to complete required day to day operations; e.g. operation of forklifts, stock picker, drills, hammer, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Store materials in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and/or internal specification requirement.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of warehouse operations to meet internal and external customer expectations.
  • Other responsibilities as determined appropriate by warehouse manager and/or company management
  • Perform basic problem solving and communicate issue(s) real time.
  • Adapt to a dynamic working environment, perform in cross-functional roles, work in various Team environments, and, when required, work individually with minimum management oversight.·
  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tacks.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from acceptable practice.
  • Follows established procedures on routine work, requires instruction only on new assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with a working knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices, such as receiving, inspection, cycle counting, shipping, and internal issuance of materials
  • Must have a clear understanding of the importance and have the integrity and ability to follow written instructions within a cGMP environment.
  • Must safely and properly handle materials/equipment in a manner to preserve the integrity of the material/equipment.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must be able to safely and properly lift 50 pounds.
  • Must display attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
  • Valid Driver’s License


Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience utilizing ERP systems a plus
  • Trained, certified or experience operating forklifts and any other warehouse equipment a plus
