JOB PURPOSE
As a Material Handler II, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of maintaining warehouse inventories (i.e., FG/WIP inventory, MRO, general supplies) in accordance with established processes and procedures. This includes physical stocking, inventory counts, receiving, manifesting/packaging for shipment, and processing required ERP transactions. Being a team player, attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance to all policies and standards are key to this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties as tasks as needed and assigned.
Maintain good inventory practice by ensuring all inventory is properly identified with required information and is stored in the appropriate locations
Work with the team to ensure a clean and safe warehouse; including breaking down pallets, keeping lots segregated, moving inventory into appropriate locations, and use of walkie-stacker/forklift to move and store pallets
Receive all deliveries, including customer returns (RGA’s). This includes physically receiving items, verification of required documentation, and, processing the required data entry into logs and ERP system transactions
Conduct regular inventory counts like cycle, stock levels, physical, etc. to maintain inventory levels for required, fulfill material requisitions, and process required ERP transactions
Analyze inventory shelf-life status and coordinate the transfers of any short shelf life inventory into the quarantine area
Maintain and inspect surgical sets as they are returned from customers and or distributors for functionality, accuracy, and visual defects, as well as build new surgical sets to support product launches (Applicable to designated site operations)
Maintain inventory levels for required supplies locations accordingly, fulfill material requisitions and process required ERP transactions.
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics
Pick, verify, pack, manifest and ship domestic/international orders without damage or errors, and file and maintain documentation in accordance with procedures.
Determine cost effective shipping methods
Verify, pack, manifest and ship jobs for sterilization without damage or errors
File and maintain documentation in accordance with procedures
Create Work Orders jobs in Oracle to send products out for sterilization (Applicable to designated site operations)
Receive jobs from sterilization facility, including physically receiving items, verifying required documentation, and processing required data entry into logs and ERP system transactions (Applicable to designated site operations)
Solve inventory discrepancies by using detailed investigation techniques
Train other team members to our daily work instructions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:
3-5 years’ experience in a processing center for manufacturing
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), QSR, and ISO Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Strong attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-pace environment
Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and vendors
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Good mathematical skills and understanding of basic weight/volume measurements and calculations
Punctual and reliable attendance
Able to work overtime and holiday’s when needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The education, knowledge, skills and/or abilities listed below are preferred qualifications in addition to the minimum qualifications stated above.
