Material Handler II

Entegris is currently seeking a Material Handler to join our Logistics team. This position will be based in our Reno facility. 

In this role, you will play an active role in meeting customer delivery requirements, along with solving inventory and warehouse issues.  They will also be a key contributor to process improvements and cost effectiveness related to warehouse and inventory management for Entegris Products. 

What You’ll Do 

• Safely Manage incoming chemicals and other raw materials (Receiving & warehousing) 

• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with root cause variances reviews with guidance of logistics supervisor 

• Create shipping reports, such as Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Bill of Lading and other shipping/transportation related documentation 

• Perform quality and accuracy verification of all boxes, pallets, labels and documentation on incoming shipments 

• Remove finished goods from temporary location to final storage location 

• Assist with the unloading of trucks containing incoming raw materials 

• Perform receiving transactions for inventory products 

• Transfer materials from warehouse to production floor  

• Perform other duties as assigned 

What We Seek 

• Basic knowledge of domestic and international shipping methods 

• Previous experience in receipt of incoming goods and returned materials 

• Strong organizational skills with MS Word and Excel experience 

• ERP systems experience (SAP a plus) 

• Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills 

• Very organized individual with attention to details 

• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment 

• Teamwork and Collaboration 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• 1 – 2 years Logistics experience in a high-volume manufacturing/operations environment.  

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. with limited bending and twisting 

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking 

• Must be able to work fully onsite.
