Shift: First Shift
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as necessary)
Compensation: $19.50/HR
Location: US - Frederick, MD - 6433 English Muffin Way

How Will You Make an Impact?:
You will make an impact by receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
A Day in the Life:
Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and/or shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements
Maintain a high level of quality to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Verify materials received for accuracy, including type, quantity, and documentation (e.g., packing lists)
Safely operate distribution equipment as required
Keys to Success:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Required: No previous work experience required
Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related field
Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently
Ability to read and write in English
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures including room temperature (59–86°F), cold-room (36–46°F), and freezer-room (-4 to 23°F)
Ability to walk, stand, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs continuously
Regularly climb ladders
May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, and crawl
May handle packaged hazardous materials

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $13.82–$19.75.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
