Shift: First Shift

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as necessary)

Compensation: $19.50/HR
Location: US - Frederick, MD - 6433 English Muffin Way

How Will You Make an Impact?:
You will make an impact by receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.

A Day in the Life:

  • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and/or shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements

  • Maintain a high level of quality to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

  • Verify materials received for accuracy, including type, quantity, and documentation (e.g., packing lists)

  • Safely operate distribution equipment as required

Keys to Success:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

  • Required: No previous work experience required

  • Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related field

  • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently

  • Ability to read and write in English

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Warehouse environment with varying temperatures including room temperature (59–86°F), cold-room (36–46°F), and freezer-room (-4 to 23°F)

  • Ability to walk, stand, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs continuously

  • Regularly climb ladders

  • May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, and crawl

  • May handle packaged hazardous materials

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $13.82–$19.75.
