Meet the Team :
Responsible for executing various material handling duties, including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping. This role involves processing inbounds and outbounds on the dock and in the racks, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, operation
of material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You provide direct supervision to individual contributors and/or support individual contributors/matrix reports.
You act as an advisor to units or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.
You manage people responsibilities including hiring, terminations, performance reviews, career development coaching, and compensation decisions.
What Makes You Successful:
You have 3+ years of experience in a material handling role.
You have 1+ year of experience in a cGMP environment.
You have 2+ years utilizing PTL/Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS or 3+ years of experience completing transactions in other PTL/ERP/WMS systems.
You have 1+ year of experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
You have basic computer data entry skills.
You have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
You can obtain a forklift certification.
You have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
You bring strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Class C license and clean driving record.
Knowledge of or experience in 5S/lean/six sigma environment

Education Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
