Key responsibilities
· Receive, label, and store all incoming materials in the prototype inventory system, assigning appropriate inventory locations.
· Assist with basic data entry and tracking in ERP system and internal systems
· Help prepare simple inventory reports and assist kitting components for production
· Support shipping and pick-up of components.
· Track raw material and finished product consumption.
· Help to identify and locate required materials/components during delivery and kitting processes.
· Support to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock and inventory levels.
· Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues such as missing packages, incorrect deliveries, and damaged products.
· Support the control and quarantined materials in accordance with quality procedures.
· Support inventory accuracy.
· Help monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
. Participate in improvement ideas for warehouse efficiency.
What we’re looking for
· Currently studying Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· Interest in handling electronic and mechanical components and assemblies.
· Knowledge in data entry and computer skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Interest in learning SAP Warehouse Management
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Positive, proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented.
· Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
