We are seeking a Material Associate to manage inventory accuracy and documentation in our Repair Station. You'll work closely with Operations and Quality teams, handle receiving and shipping of repaired units, and fulfill all requirements of a Materials Associate I. Join us to ensure efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control. 

  • Checks material against documentation for proper nomenclature, identification and quantity. 

  • Stores articles in proper location. 

  • Manage daily of stockroom inventory. 

  • Receive MRO units in SAP system and create services notifications. 

  • Ship the customer units in compliance with government export control regulations. 

  • Create reports of daily receiving units. 

  • Pulls items, issues material, supplies, components and parts from stock. 

  • Dispatch materials to assemblers and technicians. 

  • Maintains contact with personnel from various suppliers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process. 

  • Maintain accountability of shipping material used every month to prevent any short of material.  

  • Performs Cycle Count and Physical Inventories. 

  • Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean. 

  • Keeps stock in orderly arrangement. 

  • Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials. 

  • Utilizes small hand tools, scales and operates material handling equipment such as pallet handlers and hand trucks. 

  • Assists the shop floor with any part shortages. 

  • Performs other related duties as required. 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
