Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Master Production Scheduler (f/m) to join The Toulouse Electric Center based in Toulouse, France.
Our mission is to master all current and future technologies including dedicated skills to be able to actively support all End-To-End Airbus electrical activities from R&T to Customer services.
Our main activities are the industrialization, production, installation and repair of electrical assemblies.

Your challenges :
Manage and optimize our serial chain structures
Ensure compliance with Programs
Ensure workload / workforce balance (5M)
Demonstrate leadership with internal stakeholders, ensure good coordination with externals departments (Programs, Supply chain, customers, ...)
Analyze changes in customer demand (FAL, Plants)
Interact daily with a multi functional team (program, production, and supply chain stakeholders, etc.) to identify planning constraints
Model the production line structure and constraints
Propose different planning scenarios and validate the best compromise with all the stakeholders
Your boarding pass:
Background in project management
Change Management, Team Player and ability to influence
Strong technical skills in Scheduling (APC JAGUAR)
Communication skills and ability to communicate at different levels
Result and customer oriented, perseverant, with passion to generate continuous improvement
Leadership and proactivity
Fluent in French, negotiation level in English
