Master Data Specialist - Supplier Lifecycle Solution (SLS) is the transactional arm of the TBS Organization, securing on-time and on-quality data life cycle management, including global Master Data incident handling. Supplier Lifecycle Solution Specialist cooperates closely with CoE, which is leading development of best-in-class processes, owning the global Data Governance and driving data quality analytics.

Reporting to the SLS Manager, ‘Supplier Lifecycle Solution Specialist”  will be responsible for creating, enriching and verifying the correctness of Suppliers and other Master Data types as well as investigating queries area specific

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Provide an expertise on specific/problematic master data topics
  • Performing urgent ad hoc activities including calls with the business and suppliers
  • Driving Learning Labs for the business in specific area of master data
  • Being key person in case of BCP plan is launched to make sure that there is business continuity
  • Accountable for providing the support for all business stakeholders within specific area/region
  • Participation in improvement and automation projects to challenge status-quo and thereby contributing to continuously further develop the MDM processes and organization
  • Accountable for correct, complete, current, consistent and controlled Master Data across the core MDM systems, such as SAP,Apex, MDG
  • Management and execution of new data maintenance requests with a strong business user focus
  • Supporting user queries viaTakeda Solution Portal
  • Preparation and maintenance of process documentation
  • Cooperating successfully with external & internal users of Master Data
  • Fulfillment of the data management requests within the set Service Level Agreement


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master Data knowledge and experience  
  • Working experience in SAP ECC, MDG, ServiceNow (or other ticketing tools), APEX
  • Strong communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills, ability to work with people, negotiate and obtain results, and interface in a diplomatic manner with a broad range of people
  • A strong data quality mindset with great attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking, yet flexible and pragmatic in considering unconventional approaches to solve a problem
  • Experience with a Solution or Service Center in an international environment
  • Good time management and work organization skills
  • Team player and good interpersonal and communication skills for building robust relationships and trust with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment to secure target performance fulfillment
  • An academic background, preferably in finance/accounting/economics, is an asset

Base Salary Range:

zł82,600.00 - zł113,520.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
