What you’ll do as a Master Data Specialist?
Master data governance:
Central product setup, including searchable attributes, and maintenance
Vendor setup, maintenance, and governance
Setup and maintain commodity code in SAP and product hierarchy cross reference according to Tax requirements.
Maintaining the master data cross-ref between the systems and assuring data coherence between the systems
Quality control and cleansing of master data
Support the countries according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the product and vendor creation and maintenance process, assuring quality of the data
Data Quality Analysis:
Analyzing and auditing item creation and item change requests
Identifying data mismatches and continuously striving for improving processes
Execution of data checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and global data integrity.
Understanding subsequent systems, reports, outlets for all master data fields
Contributing ideas and actions towards continuous improvement of processes within master data areas
Generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.
What you’ll bring?
IT literacy and good understanding of data structures
Good understanding of MS Excel
Fluency in English
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience of working with data
Analytical and pro-active mindset
