Master Data Operations:
Contribute to the processing of incoming requests for new vendor and customer creation or changes to existing data.
Assist in ensuring all master data is processed with accuracy and care to support our collective goals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as AP, Billing, and Operations, to nurture relationships and obtain necessary information for data entry.
Compliance and Administration:
Support and follow all company policies and procedures related to data integrity and internal controls to maintain our high standards.
Maintain accurate records and files for all master data activities to ensure team alignment.
Participate in training sessions to grow your skills and learn new processes, systems, and tools.
Team Collaboration and Support:
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure daily goals are met and the team succeeds together.
Communicate with the Team Lead or Supervisor regarding any insights, issues, or questions that arise.
Assist other departments as needed to foster understanding and ensure compliance with master data policies.
Education
University student in the last year or last year and a half of your studies in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
Experience/Certifications (desired)
Experience in a Master Data, Accounts Payable, or a related finance role is a plus, though we are happy to provide guidance for those with the right foundational skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a great asset.
Language Requirements
Intermediate English language is key to your success in this role.
