As a Marketing Webinar Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the broader marketing and product teams to plan, organize, and execute webinars that serve as key brand touchpoints and drive engagement within our Financial Technology product portfolio.
Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of webinars, including setup and live management using Zoom Webinar, ensuring smooth delivery across APAC, EMEA, and Americas time zones
Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-up emails through Marketo and Knak platforms
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless webinar execution
Coordinate schedules with internal stakeholders to align webinar topics and timing with business priorities
Distribute marketing materials, registration updates, and engagement metrics to sales and CSM teams to maximize participation and follow-up opportunities
Support the broader marketing team in executing integrated webinar programs from inception to completion, fostering collaboration across functions
