Job Summary

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating internal and external marketing and promotional efforts that support business growth, customer retention, and competitive positioning within the region. This role partners closely with headquarters and regional analytics teams to support network expansion initiatives, deliver competitive insights, and develop data-driven reporting and visualizations for senior leadership. The Marketing Supervisor also assists in preparing departmental budgets and manages the design, development and production of subscriber campaigns, retention initiatives, and sales support materials.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides daily status of projects, deadlines and performance to senior management.
  • Supports the Sr. Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing activity to drive budgeted growth, competitive positioning, and retention objectives.
  • Works cross‑functionally with headquarters, regional analytics, construction, Gov. Affairs, and operational teams to gather and interpret data insights, deliver strategic readouts, and provide actionable recommendations that inform HQ strategy development and support region‑wide network expansion initiatives.
  • Supports regional network expansion efforts by gathering and interpreting competitive intelligence, market trends, and performance data.
  • Collaborates closely with the regional analytics team to build dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership presentations and strategic planning.
  • Assesses and understands offers, strategies, positioning, tactics and targeting to inform development of marketing materials.
  • Tracks marketing call performance, sales results, and campaign effectiveness; reports findings to the Sr. Marketing Manager on a regular basis.
  • Manages the design and print production of marketing and sales materials, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
