Here at the Red Bull Technology Group, we have an exciting opportunity for an Undergraduate Student to spend a year as part of our Operations, Hospitality and Events Team within the Marketing department!
The placement will run from the Summer of 2026 for one year at our HQ in Milton Keynes, allowing you to demonstrate your enthusiasm and apply your knowledge in an open and fast paced environment.
This placement requires a dynamic combination of organisational, interpersonal, and creative skills. Maintaining the highest of standards is paramount to ensure a consistently high-quality experience for all guests.
Main responsibilities:
Use the finance system for POs and ensure the Partner management team has the correct information to keep Partners informed.
Ensure marketing and sales materials align with brand guidelines and liaise with suppliers to fulfil requirements.
Regularly update the website, intranet and manage data and sales systems, support on all admin tasks across the department.
Respond promptly to event and tour enquiries, provide tailored information, conduct site visits, work closely with clients to exceed their requirements, and host Factory tours.
Collaborate with the catering team as the main point of conduct for all orders, collating order forms and ensuring all allergens & dietaries are documented and catered for.
Assist with Trackside operations such as packing gift bags and freight and compile master guest lists for race weekends.
Assist with Team events, including End of Season and Summer Parties.

Attention to detail & problem-solving: Meticulously manage logistics, guest lists, vendor contracts, and event setups, quickly resolving issues that arise.
Creativity & customer-centric mindset: Generate fresh, engaging ideas for events and marketing campaigns, focusing on exceeding guest and client expectations.
