Marketing Specialist | Social Media & Content Creation

As a Marketing Specialist | Social Media & Content Creation, you’ll work on-site in Isernhagen closely with your colleagues in our marketing team. You are the voice, the face, and the creative engine behind the social media presence of our brands VetZ, easyVET, petsXL, and vetOS. You translate technological innovation into emotion, veterinary medicine into stories, and the future into tangible content.

What you’ll do

Social Media:

• You develop and execute our social media storylines across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• You regularly appear on camera—authentic, professional, and approachable.
• You manage our channels and communities with a confident voice.
• You identify relevant influencers and creators and collaborate with them on formats and partnerships.
• You monitor cross-platform trends and understand which ones matter for our brands.

Content Creation:

• You translate complex veterinary topics into clear, relevant content for both veterinarians and pet owners.
• You independently produce content such as copy, photos, stories, reels, videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes material.
• You film, edit, and produce content that makes our vision tangible.
• You work with existing templates and create visuals and graphics that resonate.
• You use modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Nano Banana to efficiently develop and execute ideas.

Copywriting:

• You bring content to the point and craft messages that resonate with both veterinarians and pet owners. You master tonal shifts—from precise and professional (B2B) to approachable and visual (B2C).
• You independently create hooks, headlines, captions, ad copy, and long-form posts that carry our message—clear, powerful, bold, and unmistakably VetZ.

Ads, Analytics & Reach:

• You understand the fundamentals of funnels, audiences, and conversion optimization.
• You plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• You define KPIs, track them, and know which levers drive which outcomes.

Organization & Collaboration:

• You support the marketing team in project management—from campaigns to events—and are happy to join trade shows.
• You meet deadlines, stay organized, and ensure content is delivered at the right time and place.
• You work closely with colleagues from marketing, consulting, sales, and product teams.

What you bring

• Experience in social media management, either in-house or in an agency environment.
• Confidence with camera work, editing, and short-form content.
• Willingness to be on camera—likable, confident, and natural.
• Strong copywriting skills and a feel for great writing in all its forms: hooks, social copy, ad copy, long copy, short copy.
• A strong sense for social media trends across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Interest in veterinary medicine, animal health, and/or software topics.
• Experience with common social media platforms, ads, and influencer collaborations.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Premiere, CapCut, or similar editing tools, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
• Excellent German language skills and confident writing in any situation.
• Ability to switch to English when needed to present your projects on an international stage.
