The Senior Marketing Specialist is a senior individual contributor who brings deep expertise in the Canadian asset management industry and leads complex, integrated marketing initiatives that support the growth of the Canadian business. Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Lead, this role owns marketing programs end‑to‑end—from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization—across key client segments and strategic priorities.
This position plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high‑impact event marketing, integrated media campaigns, brand initiatives, and Practice Management marketing, ensuring all activities align with global brand standards while being thoughtfully adapted for Canadian audiences and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including global marketing, sales, product, media, and Practice Management leaders to translate business opportunities into actionable, data‑driven marketing plans. With a strong focus on project leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, the role drives innovation in marketing approaches, evaluates performance through insights and analytics, and contributes to the operational effectiveness of the marketing function by identifying and supporting process enhancements.

Skills/qualifications:
Strong experience and knowledge of Canadian investment industry.
Proven experience with event marketing and media campaigns required.
Experience developing and delivering Practice Management marketing materials, decks and digital offerings preferred.
Demonstrates ability to project manage across functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrates ability to influence others.
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and analytical skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.

Canada Base Salary Range: $93,680.00 - $149,888.00
Capital offers a competitive compensation package that includes eligibility for two bonus programs and a contribution to the group retirement plan (subject to requirements of each plan).
