As a Marketing Specialist within the Legal Solutions team, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive targeted growth, revenue acceleration and regional expansion across FCT’s priority segments. In this role, you will contribute to go-to-market strategies, product launches and integrated marketing campaigns that promote products and solutions designed for legal professionals and support cross-sell opportunities at a national level.

Working closely with product, sales and marketing partners, you will coordinate campaigns, develop marketing assets and ensure programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.

This role requires strong project management, collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to translate market insights into clear, compelling messaging that supports business objectives.

You will play an important role in supporting marketing programs that strengthen FCT’s market presence and contribute to profitable growth.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives that drive targeted growth, revenue acceleration and regional expansion across priority segments
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that enable cross-sell and expansion across FCT products and solutions through coordinated campaigns, messaging and sales enablement materials
  • Plan and execute product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, including email communications, digital content and client-facing collateral, while coordinating with internal partner groups (product, design, digital, marketing and sales teams)
  • Gather market and competitive insights to inform messaging, campaign development and overall program effectiveness
  • Manage marketing project timelines and deliverables using project management tools to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and on schedule
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance products, marketing initiatives, campaign performance and internal processes

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of marketing, product marketing, or communications experience, preferably within financial services, real estate or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ASANA), CRM systems or marketing automation platforms is an asset

Total Direct Compensation:

76,300 - 93,300

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
