The Marketing Specialist, Field Enablement is the primary execution partner to the Regional Marketing Business Partners (MBPs), responsible for enabling fast, consistent and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives across branches and local markets. This role serves as the operational backbone of field marketing, ensuring regional plans, campaigns and vendor programs are effectively brought to life in market. Success in this role is defined by speed, accuracy and the ability to support revenue-driving activities at the branch level.

Regional Marketing Execution – 35%

  • Partner with MBPs to execute regional marketing plans, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and vendor initiatives are effectively activated in market

  • Support delivery of branch promotions, counter days, and showroom activations, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities and business objectives

  • Act as the day-to-day execution partner to MBPs, ensuring initiatives are delivered accurately and on time

Collateral & Field Activation – 25%

  • Partner with Marketers to develop and maintain branch-facing marketing materials (flyers, sell sheets, signage, promotional assets) to support field initiatives

  • Build and coordinate event kits that enable consistent and professional execution across branches

  • Ensure all materials reflect campaign messaging, brand standards, and product priorities Maintain and evolve templates to support scalable, repeatable execution

Publishing & Coordination – 20%

  • Manage digital signage, intranet updates, and social media posting, ensuring content is timely and aligned with campaigns

  • Coordinate with agency partners to deliver templated asset updates and production

  • Manage marketing-related invoicing, including paid media and vendor-funded programs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

  • Support coordination of swag and promotional materials, including sourcing and distribution

Workflow & Execution Management – 15%

  • Manage and track incoming marketing requests, ensuring clear visibility into priorities, timelines, and status

  • Deliver work within defined service level expectations (SLA) while maintaining quality and consistency

  • Escalate conflicting or unclear priorities to MBPs or Marketing leadership as needed

  • Ensure smooth execution across multiple concurrent initiatives

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement – 5%

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and execution processes

  • Support development of more efficient ways of working to increase speed and reduce rework

  • Contribute to building a scalable field marketing execution model

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, coordination or operations roles

  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly convey information across teams

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and consistency of output

  • Solutions-oriented, with ability to identify and resolve execution challenges efficiently

  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions and support broader marketing initiatives

  • Experience working with marketing assets, templates and creative materials

  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, agencies or vendors

  • Experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives is an asset

  • Sales or branch experience is considered an asset

Base salary range of $65,000 - $78,000 + 10% Bonus
Total compensation range is $68,000-$85,000 (inclusive of salary + bonus)

Please note: The total compensation range posted for this role represents the total compensation opportunity, which may include base wage, bonuses, commissions, and/or other monetary components, if applicable. Placement in the range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, candidate experience, skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
