Your key responsibilities:
- You will support the execution of fuel and merchandise marketing strategies across the business unit, ensuring alignment with company objectives and store-level needs.
- You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to develop and implement localized campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- You will oversee signage execution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness across locations.
- You will support planning and coordination of printed and digital marketing programs at both national and local levels.
- You will manage and maintain digital marketing assets within stores and forecourts.
- You will assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns, including grand openings and store events.
- You will support localized social media initiatives and contribute content for digital platforms.
- You will manage elements of the marketing and advertising budget.
- You will conduct and present market research to support business decisions.
- You will assist with internal communications and media monitoring efforts.
- You will support crisis communication planning and contribute to weekly communications reporting.
- You will interact with multiple teams and stakeholders while helping bring marketing initiatives to life across the business unit.

Great if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, communications, or related field
• Experience with media relations or public relations campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing third-party vendors or partners
• Retail experience (preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
• Ability to view screens, speak, and hear for communication purposes
• Occasionally lift and/or move items up to 60 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, and climb ladders as needed for signage placement
• Ability to push and pull up to 20 pounds
