How you will do it
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event & Content Marketing expert to drive the success of high-profile marketing initiatives, including CRH, regional industry tradeshows, forums, seminars, and customer workshops.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing campaign & event execution and content development, working closely with business teams to create engaging, localized marketing materials and ensure seamless event delivery across both physical and digital channels to drive demand generation.
What we look for
- Marketing Event /Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of major industry events & tradeshows, Forums, Seminars and customer workshops.
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines and budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and seamless event delivery.
- Marketing Content Creation:
- Collaborate with business teams to produce high-quality content, including case studies, videos, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
- Leverage digital marketing channels to develop engaging digital content(designs, videos), particularly WeChat, TikTok to boost brand awareness and Demand Gen.
- Digital Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and host virtual webinars, managing logistics from start to finish. Develop promotional assets, lead gen hook, ensure smooth technical execution, moderate sessions, and drive audience engagement & leads generation.
- Showroom Management:
- Daily operations and visitor experiences at showrooms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Enhance experiences through content updates, immersive digital displays, and interactive technologies. Serve as a professional and presentable brand ambassador, delivering outstanding experiences to all visitors.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Ensure timely coordination, negotiation, and execution of event services to meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years work experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing large-scale events in similar B2B industry, MNC preferred
- Strong communicator with a solid sense of content strategy and visual/content design.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- High performance culture lover and be able to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Good English skills in both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
