Marketing Specialist - ANZ

ERM is seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Specialist to assist in managing end-to-end marketing activities for our team in Australia. The role will be based out of Sydney office.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Build and execute impactful campaigns through integrated marketing and communications, cutting across conferences, webinars, thought leadership, content curation, digital marketing, media relations, industry memberships, collaterals production and internal/executive communications.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with multiple stakeholder expectations across the region including regional nosiness and commercial leadership. Forge strong partnerships with APAC regional leadership, clients and Industry Marketing Program Managers, external vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration to achieve campaign objectives.

  • Program Support: Provide essential administrative support to ANZ team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation. Conceptualize, organize, and execute hybrid events such as webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, targeting and engaging the most pertinent buyer segments. Creating and managing email campaigns, social media, and utilizing marketing automation tools like Salesforce

  • Thought leadership: Work closely SMEs to produce and proofread creative content, including videos, blogs, reports etc. Work with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts and arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials

With experience, you'll need to:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing program)

  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective

  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management

  • Monitor and report on competitor activity

  • Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities

  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in the area of Marketing, particularly with a company or a consultancy is required.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, conveying complex ideas effectively and ability to translate marketing contents into creative, relevant stories.

  • Strong analytical, logic, problem solver and systematic thinking skills

  • Can-do attitude and enthusiasm are necessary as is strict attention to details, organization, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

  • Strong organizational skills for multitasking with precision

  • Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Skill for MS PPT design, Photoshop, Illustration, web design to supporting marketing and project material finishing

  • Familiar with webinar applications including TEAMs, ZOOM and etc.

  • Ability to innovate solutions bridging global expectations and regional capabilities

  • Skill in collecting and applying stakeholder feedback for campaign enhancements

  • Highly motivated team player adaptable and comfortable working within a complex structure and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Tact and diplomacy to work with senior stakeholders and potentially competing agendas

  • Ability to manage your own diverse workload to required deadlines and able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines/priorities simultaneously
