Oversee customer journey design and improvement initiatives.
Handling customer support issues and ensure smooth resolution processes.
Monitor and manage system and platform-related tasks, ensuring reliability and user readiness.

Qualifications.
Bechelor orMaster’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or digital Marketing or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to data into actionable strategies
