Marketing Services Specialist

I am Jaroslav Kokoškin, leading Communication Channels Management team and I’m currently looking for Marketing Services Specialist to join my team of professionals in Vilnius office!

As Marketing Services Specialist, you will be responsible for controlling marketing budget and preparing and helping to analyze the data for analytical insight from various data sources. You will combine and interpret customer, market, and financial insights to drive clear, analytical decision making across the marketing unit as well as present your data insights to marketing team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Accounting of marketing spending
• Management of monthly closing process and actual monthly reporting
• Review actual spending at close to ensure reporting accurately represents actual performance.
• Data collection, entry, and analysis (market, competitor, consumer & shopper facts, and other sources)
• Prepare reports illustrating data with charts and translating complex results into clear understandable output
• Preparation of pre/post-campaign reports for vendors
• Other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Your personality:

• Attentive to details and well organized
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently
• Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator and collaborator.

Your experience and skills:

• Higher education degree in marketing, business, social science, or related field
• Solid Excel skills (pivot, if, vlookup, etc.)
• Fluency in English (B2 and above, written and verbal)
• Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience (advantage)

Monthly salary for this position – 1950 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses.
