  • Support broader strategic growth initiatives and priority client programs
  • Contribute to brand positioning and thought leadership across target markets
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, elevating team performance and consistency, while ensuring on-time, high-quality submissions

What Sets You Apart:

  • You think like a strategist, not just a coordinator
  • You know how to turn technical content into clear, compelling messaging
  • You push teams toward stronger positioning—not just compliance
  • You’re comfortable leading conversations, not just supporting them
  • You enjoy mentoring others and raising the bar across the team

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe® InDesign
  • 8+ years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or pursuit management is required
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-value pursuits in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of public agency procurement (RFQ/RFP) process
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience developing win strategies, client insights, and competitive positioning
  • Confidence working directly with senior technical staff and leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple pursuits, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously

Why Join Us:

  • Be part of a team that values strategy, quality, and continuous improvement, with diverse perspectives across projects and people
  • Opportunity to shape how we pursue and win work—not just execute it
  • Be part of a firm that is shaping major infrastructure and transportation programs that improve communities today and for generations to come
  • Join a collaborative, people-first culture where teams support one another and take pride in the work they deliver together
  • Work in an environment that invests in your growth through mentoring, coaching, and leadership development
