Marketing Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Camping World's premier in-house

marketing team. As a project manager you will contribute to the overall marketing operations and manage the on-going production of marketing, advertising, and promotional deliverables. This is a hybrid role based out of our Lincolnshire office.

Job Responsibilities

● Translate high-level or loosely defined business objectives into actionable project plans that align

with the business goals & initiatives

● Develop and maintain project plans and deliverables, identify resource needs, create project

schedules, update status documents and ensure that the team hits key milestones

● Facilitate internal and external meetings; prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and ensure clear

next steps

● Maintain consistent communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

● Ensure content aligns with branding, messaging, and compliance standards

● Make informed decisions to keep projects progressing when stakeholders are unavailable or direction is incomplete

● Obtain necessary approvals and manage cross-functional review processes efficiently

● Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance workflow and team effectiveness

● Develop marketing decks and presentations as needed to support planning and stakeholder

alignment

● Projects move forward without requiring constant oversight

● Ambiguous objectives are translated into structured, actionable plans

● Risks and roadblocks are surfaced early and addressed proactively

● Stakeholders feel informed, aligned, and confident in timelines

● Marketing initiatives launch on time and with operational excellence

Minimum Qualifications

● Experience managing multiple large scale, integrated marketing programs simultaneously

● Demonstrated ability to manage projects with evolving scope

● Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority

● Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

● Ability to prioritize competing demands independently

● Exceptional written and verbal communication and follow-through skills

● High level of initiative, accountability, and ownership

● Proficiency in project management software and tools; Asana and Jira is a plus

● Positive attitude, growth mindset, and collaborative approach

● 3-5+ years of project management experience

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.  

Pay Range:

$66,200.00-$101,500.00 Annual
