The marketing program specialist is responsible for creating and designing, as well as delivering various marketing programs towards supporting growth and expansion of our organization’s products,competence and services.

The specific responsibilities include:
Campaign & Content
-Work with global & local business teams to create/implement innovative and solid market campaigns for specific division in China to drive demand generation, including event plan, content, digital marketing plan etc.
-Support in developing product campaigns contributing to marketing and business strategies for both existing as well as new product when required.
Marketing activities
-Work closely with commercial team on local events/programs planning and execution to drive customer engagement and support sales pipelines
-Organize and support conferences and product/service launch seminars and forums,
Etc.
-Regional support for demo kit, customized flyer, brochure, catalog etc.
Digital marketing
-Develop, manage of vertical online media and keep the product and application information up to date and track the ROI.
-Implement digital marketing plans, eg social media campaigns, email marketing, web marketing, GEO marketing.
Market intelligence
Support market intelligence work, including conducting research of relevant industry/market database, reports, delivering market trend and analysis reports to related key stakeholders, providing market intelligence inputs for business decisions.

Qualification:
-At least 3 years’ experience in marketing and the context of B2B business model.
-Preferential degree in science or engineering, instrument, material, chemical, biology or related field would be a plus
-Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
-Design skill, be able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere would be a plus
-Good verbal and written skill both in Mandarin & English
